Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had a slight smokers smell in the room, but it was clean and nicely decorated. The room was a bit small for two people, but the service was attentive and kind. The location was excellent near the PNC Music Pavilion, although some areas seemed unsafe. The dining options were good with a variety of choices, and overall, it provided good value for money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite small, but they were non-smoking, which was nice. However, the free breakfast left a lot to be desired, so I ended up buying food elsewhere. The overall vibe of the place felt old and worn out.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms didn't smell smoky, which was a relief, but they were quite small for four people and had a noticeable body odor scent inside. The service was polite and helpful overall, although there were some communication issues. The location was convenient for shopping and dining but had some noise concerns. The dining experience left much to be desired with early closures and lackluster options.
